One of the awesome features about Joomla!1.5 is the ability to add exta functionality easily to your website.

The extensions that we have tested and recommend are as follows:

MEDIA

• Simple Image Gallery - this allows you to add a simple photo slideshow with thumbnails (little pictures) to any website page (content item/article). See demo here
• Video / Audio Player - use this extension to easily place videos/mp3 etc with controls within any webpage (content item/article). See demo here
• More Photo Galleries - this extension give you an array of gallery choices with a sophisicated result.  view demo here.
• Slider Slideshows - if you want a slider slideshow, this should fit the bill nicely.  It has some great features - view demo here

TABS

• Tabs - the ability to display the introduction of several articles in one place on your website.  Or it can be used for specifications or the like. See demo here
• Tabbed-Lists - this is like Tabs, but has the 'tabs' down the left or right side. See demo here
• Accordians - this allows your articles' content to be 'hidden' so that only the headings show.  When the user clicks on the heading, the content opens up below. See demo here

E-COMMERCE

• Email Marketing - this allows you easily add visitors to your website to a email marketing list which you can use for promotions etc.  Find out more here
